| Reporting to | Project Manager |
| Job Summary | The primary responsibility would be to conduct theoretical and practical training sessions in accordance with the syllabus, assist in developing new content and modules and evaluate the candidates upon the completion of the training programme. |
| Key Responsibilities | · Conduct theory and practical sessions on Beauty and Wellness, including product knowledge and effective customer service |
| · Bridge the knowledge gap of students by identifying new training needs | |
| · Develop modules, activities and materials for effective training | |
| · Maintenance of training venue, equipment and materials for training | |
| · Conduct evaluation of the candidates periodically and provide meaningful feedback post the completion | |
| · Complete the training programme on time | |
| · Acclimatise the candidates for the real world job expectations | |
| Essential Skills | · Graduates/ 12th pass with cosmetology/ Hair Styling Beauty & Wellness certificate or diploma in beauty & wellness. |
| · At least 2 years of experience in the related field | |
| · Candidates with relevant experience in Beauty and Spa sector preferred | |
| · Certifications in the field of beauty ( ITEC, CIDESCO etc.) desirable | |
| · Proficiency in Microsoft Office | |
| · Excellent verbal and non verbal communication skills | |
| Desired Skills | · Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people’s attitudes when necessary |
| · Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively | |
| Remuneration | Salary will be ranging in between 10-25K |
