Sneh Lata a trainee at Sarthak Delhi Center epitomizes the lines of Nikos Kazantzakis that "In Order to succeed, we must believe that we can." She shares her experience like she not only wants to make her dreams come true but also become an inspiration to others.
Her faith in her abilities is well depicted in her attitude of taking the driving seat in her life’s journey. Her intellect and optimistic disposition is reflected in her academic accolades and social life.
She completed her graduation and attended training program of Hospitality sector at Sarthak Educational Trust. Owing to the support of her family and her efforts she got selected at Red Fox Hotel and is working as a Help Desk Executive. She expresses her heartfelt gratitude to Sarthak and Red Fox Hotel for providing her this opportunity.
"Arise, Awake, and Stop not till the goal is reached" is the philosophy Om Prakash, Sarthak Trainee at Delhi Center follows in his life. He was a year old when was affected by polio virus and thus had to use calipers to assist him.
He was always willing to be independent and support to his family. Thus post his schooling in 2013 he got himself enrolled in Training program at Sarthak Delhi center.
Through his willingness to learn and facilitation from Team Sarthak he equipped himself with the basic understanding of computers, English, soft skills and hospitality sector.
As an outcome of his efforts currently he is working as an Assistant in Redfox Hotels, Lemon Tree in Mayur Vihar. But for him this is not a destination but a significant stepping stone for sure. He remembers how getting a job meant a world to him. Now, he dreams to become an assistant manager in the world and his continuing his education from School of Open Learning.
Jay Singh currently working in the front Office at Lemon Tree Hotel in Jaipur, serves as a motivational source for many. He hails from Dholpur Rajasthan and due to lesser opportunities available and challenges in mobility, faced many challenges. But he epitomized the lines by Shawn Van Daele, We are not defined by our challenges, but lifted up by them.
When he got to know about Sarthak Jaipur Center where he could avail free of cost skill development training and employment opportunities. He, instantly, approached the center and expressed his interest for 3 months training program. He got registered under the training program and based on his interest, and skill set was provided training in Tourism & Hospitality Sector. Along with hospitality sector overview he was also trained in Working English, Soft Skills and Basic Computers.
He showed great zeal in training program and availed maximum benefit out of it. Since his association with Lemon Tree Hotels he has been receiving accolades from HR Department.

Ravinder Kaur works in a Lifestyle Store as a Cashier. Her story also is full of challenges but well suggests that “Challenges are what make life interesting and overcoming them is what makes life meaningful.”
After completion of her post graduation she lost her power of hearing. Due to the untimely death of her father and being the eldest child the onus of the family’s well being fell upon her.
But, as the hearing impairment came as a matter of accident and she was not known to despite being post graduate she was unable to find a job opportunity for her. On the advice of a friend she enrolled for the training program at Sarthak Ludhiana Center.
Training at Sarthak not only focused on vocational training but also on her personality and soft skills. Due to the traumatic experience she isolated herself but gradually she opened up and a remarkable change was observed in her spirit as well. She is meeting her responsibility as a Cashier in Lifestyle store well and we wish her good luck in all her endeavors.

Born with Hearing Impairment, he had lesser opportunities and resources in his access. But he never let his disability impede his growth.
He got to know about Sarthak Chandigarh center and got registered to the training program. He took training of Organized Retail sector and exhibited great deal of diligence in his training.
He always volunteered for various activities and headed attendance & revision committees as well during the training programs. He has firm faith in his ability and despite various challenges he made his dream come true.
