We are an NGO, and we have a dream of ‘Mainstreaming Persons with Disability’ in all walks of life.

To make our dream come true we are engaged in:

• Early Intervention: To curb disability to the extent possible at the time of conception and through therapeutic aids.
• Inclusive Education: To provide school going PwDs Inclusive Environment of Education through sensitization of stakeholders and remedial classes.
• Skill Development & Employment: To enable PwDs to live their life with dignity and respect through skilling and employment opportunity generation.
• Advocacy: To create sensitization and awareness among various stakeholders namely, Government functionaries, NGOs, Corporate, Parents of PwDs, and PwDs themselves.

In this endeavor we are actively supported by our Team members (Sarthak Employees, Mentor & Guru, & Advisory Board Members), Partnering Organizations (Funding, Training, & Hiring Partners), and our dedicated VOLUNTEERS & INTERNS.
