For over 17 transformative years, Sarthak Educational Trust has spearheaded India’s disability empowerment movement as the nation’s leading non-profit for PwD employment and inclusion. By building a world-class ecosystem—spanning skill development, early childhood intervention, and digital accessibility—Sarthak has turned potential into prosperity for millions. This relentless impact was recently honored with the prestigious National Award 2023, presented by the Hon’ble President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu, cementing Sarthak’s role as the gold standard for Divyangjan empowerment.

  • Guided tours for 500 corporates, 2,000 students, and government stakeholders
  • Diversity & inclusion initiatives with 50+ new employers
  • Early Intervention incubation centres across Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, and West Bengal
  • Connected with 250+ startups in assistive technology through the Global Accessibility Development Center
  • Launch of IPO in partnership with SIDBI to train 600+ PwDs in Chennai and Visakhapatnam
