Vishal’s Success Journey: From Job Loss to a New Career

Vishal's life underwent a significant positive transformation with the support of Sarthak Educational Trust. He received a promotion within one year of employment and experienced a substantial salary increase from 13,000 to 45,000 PM.

At a time when Vishal had lost both his parents, his job, and was enduring severe financial hardship, Sarthak stepped in and helped him secure a position at Paraxion Consultant Company.

After graduating in 2018, Vishal was employed at Dips Food Company for approximately three years before departing to pursue government job preparation. However, life took an unexpected turn. During this period, he experienced the loss of both his father and mother, leading to financial challenges within the family.

Vishal became the sole income earner among his family members. As the only brother among five elder sisters, he actively sought employment to manage household expenses but faced difficulties in securing suitable work due to his locomotor disability.

During his job search, he attended numerous job fairs where he learned about Sarthak Educational Trust, Varanasi Center. He subsequently enrolled in the online Sarthak skill-building program in 2023.

Vishal noted that the job search process had significantly diminished his confidence; however, during the training, his self-assurance was restored. Mock interviews aided him in approaching interviewers with confidence.

Upon completion of the training, Sarthak arranged an interview for him with the hiring partner, Paraxion Consultant Company. He successfully secured the position of Junior Assistant with a salary package of 1.4 LPA.

Within one year of joining, he not only attained the position of Senior Accountant but also received a threefold salary increase to 5.5 LPA along with several best employee awards.

He is now married and able to manage his family's expenses adequately. All his sisters have also married and are well-settled.

Vishal attributes his success to Sarthak Educational Trust, which not only restored his lost confidence but also facilitated his financial independence. He is now prepared to welcome other persons with disabilities (PWDs) to his company and is committed to supporting them within the organization.
