Turning Vision into Reality: Harshub’s Journey

With the right support and an unyielding spirit, dreams aren't just imagined—they're achieved. Harshub's journey with Sarthak Educational Trust proves it! From a young age, Harshub had a vision—not just the one impacted by his 90% low vision disability but a vision for his life, brimming with independence and achievement.

Living in Delhi, Harshub always had big dreams. He wanted to support himself, manage his own expenses, and create his own path. So, at just 19 years old, alongside enrolling in college, he started looking for a job. His goal was clear: find a part-time, work-from-home job that would allow him to focus on his studies while earning an income.

However, the job market wasn’t kind. His low vision disability often overshadowed his potential. Despite rejections and setbacks, Harshub never lost hope. His relentless job search led him to the Sarthak Educational Trust’s Gurgaon Center—a discovery that changed everything.

At Sarthak, Harshub found more than just opportunities. He found mentorship, training, and the confidence he needed. With improved computer and communication skills, he felt ready to take on the world. Sarthak not only prepared him for interviews but also connected him with their hiring partner, IndiaMART, a company looking for exactly the kind of talent and dedication Harshub had.

Impressively, he got selected as a Telecaller in his very first attempt!

This job was a perfect match for Harshub's needs. It was part-time, work-from-home, and offered flexible work hours, allowing him to manage his studies, job, and personal expenses efficiently. He is very happy with how things are going and aims to achieve even more in life. After completing his studies, his goal is to secure a government job.

Harshub's message to every person with a disability is clear: "No disability can make you weak unless you see it as a limitation. Instead, consider it your strength and work twice as hard to reach new heights. Connect with organizations like Sarthak Educational Trust to receive job support just like I did."
